There have been rise of numerous best actors in bollywood in recent times but there are few who are underrated despite delivering best performances in their career and we feel they should get the appreciation they deserve.

1. Kalki Koechlin
   Number 1 in our list will the most versatile actress Kalki Koechlin. It is really shameful that her talents are wasted and we believe she deserve much larger screen time than many others. Kalki Koechlin is one of the finest actress are country is blessed with. Her performance in Dev D, Zindagi na milegi Dobara, Yeh jawaani hai deewani were highly praised and not only that she won a national award for a very well played and very challenging role in Margarita with a straw. Despite all this, Kalki is not seen much on the screen and that’s what bugging us!

2. Radhika Apte
   What a phenomenal actress! There are truly no words to describe Radhika Apte. She is just flawless at whatever she does. Her acting in Sacred games, Raat akeli hai, Padman, Lust stories are just few examples of her brilliance on screen. Each time she performs a different character, she gives it a different energy and never fails to make us fall in love with her. She deserve much more stardom and many more Netflix projects. *Wink*

3. Divya Dutta
   Apart from being obsessed with her voice, we are in love with her acting and there is only word for it; NATURAL. She makes everything looks so easy and real that it doesn’t really feel like she is acting. Be it Delhi 6 or Bhaag Milkha Bhaag, her versatility only increases with each character. We believe she deserve all the spotlight!

4. Sheeba Chadda
   Sheeba Chadda never fails to prove herself. When we saw her, we were in awe with her acting, how natural, flawlessly a person can portray and actually lift the whole script up. Each of her role, be it in Bandish Bandits, Paggalit or Badhaai ho, she portrays each character with freshness. She is an all-rounder and it’s disappointing to not see her in a lead role more often.

5. Huma Qureshi
   Maharani in real sense. Her acting with each film she does only gets better. Last seen in Maharani, Qureshi was unquestionably stunning in the film. With the Bihari accent, to the body language, everything was top notch. What she showcased in Leila, only one adjective for it, AMAZING. It breaks our heart that she hasn’t got much recognition which she truly deserves.

6. Richa Chadha
   The spectacular, the outspoken, the artist, Richa Chadha it is. Richa Chadha has always fitted into her characters like no one else and it causes great pain to not see in enough. Richa Chadha has been a part of many films but mostly in small roles but has always left her imprint. Her acting in Masaan, Fukrey, and lastly seen in Madam Chief Minister was a tremendous rise of her career and she is bound to fly.

7. Rasika Duggal
   Rasika’s subtle acting has always left us amazed. Be it in Delhi Crime or in The Suitable Boy, she has always did everything so effortlessly yet so effectively. Her acting in The Suitable Boy said so much about her skills. Even if she has the smallest role in the film, you can’t take your eyes off her and honestly we don’t want to.

8. Sayani Gupta
   A truly diversified actress, whatever role you give it to her, she is going to ace it! Her role in Article 15 was as impactful as in Axone. From body language to proper accent, Sayani can fit into any character and make you believe that no one can do it better than her. Sayani has done shows like Four more shots please on OTT platform and It is time now that Sayani is a part of something big and important and not just side roles.

9. Sai Tamhankar
   Sai was recently seen in Mimi and got a lot of appreciation for the amazing work she did but even after her brilliant performance in the films such as Mimi and Hunter, she is highly under shadows. After the recent release of Mimi, Sai has proven to be of great potential and can definitely take versatile roles.     A famous name in the television industry who took the risk to make her name big and bold in the film industry and we assure you she is not failing. Radhika’s impeccable acting skills will make you angry for not seeing her more on the screen. Her recent works include Angrezi Medium with legendary Irrfan Khan which was appreciated by all. She was also seen in Ray’s Spotlight and Feels like Ishq. She is made for big, bold projects and hope she gets them soon.

11. Kirti Kulhari
    Honestly we are tired of seeing her in supporting roles, she deserves a big budget film and a great script. Her expertise in acting is top-notch. She is seen in multiple films but mostly in side roles. Films like Mission Mangal and Pink shows the potential she holds and we hope it will not be wasted.
