ARE YOU REALLY INDIVIDUAL

Are you really alone in thos world?

This question comes to our mind very often. Are you really individualistic? In this fast paced world everyone is really alone. Do you think so? In today’s world we keep talking about individualism. We often talk about everyone leaving alone. But we are shifting from joint families to solitary families. Everyone talks about living alone. Everyone wants to be alone in this fast growing world. We are always lonely. But do we really need to. Our family system is very broken now. All we want is a different life for us.

Everyone keeps talking about facebook groups, whatsapp chats. What we have done is created a virtual world for us. We are trying to find company virtually. Society has been shaped now in such a way that we need people around us. Earlier when we used to dress up people used to praise us. Now we look on us then we realise that all we want is likes on our instagram, facebook etc. This virtual world allows us to talk to people always.

This is a very huge answer to all those who say that we are all alone. We are not. We are always surrounded by people. Since time immemorial when we were born we started living in groups. This has given us an edge. When we got controlled then people committed suicides. If there is too much integration then also it can be fatal. A leading sociologist Emile Durkheim has categorized things as too much regulation or integration is very lethal. Very less integration or regulation is also lethal.

Everyone thinks that they are individualistic. You are actually not. Do give it a thought.
