What’s that mind boggling situation or an event happend in your life where you felt happiness like never before. You felt like this was the moment you waited for and your heart just bloomed like a beautiful flower blooms out. Hey, and can you remember that phase of your life when you left helpless had not idea or solution to it and was worried where to and and how to handle the pain. Then, where you got confused about the man you saw next street and was thinking of him whole day and trying to remember where you had seen him before. Also to your reminder, did you get thought of that horrific situations in your life if you saw a horror movie or faced some uncomfortable and disturbing deaths. You also might remember one of the times when you got into anger at very high extent that you even if wanted could not control it. Take yourself to that situation where you felt like you got this! You felt confident about yourself. You knew how strong you are. Well, all these are related to any one who is reading this because everyone faces these circumstances and being a human emotions are part of our system. It’s not new to all of us what emotions are. But what’s not new is that it’s okay to have them, all of them. It’s completely fine. You can’t wish or think of being happy all the time. That’s not what life is about. Happiness gives you a sense of satisfaction and relief because you have sacrificed and worked hard for that happiness to be felt or in other cases of happiness where by just dancing in rain you feel happy is because all worries you forget. Imagine about what would happen if the aspects you have realised by your mistakes or bad events would not be conquered by you if they won’t exist. You would realise nothing. And realisation is the first step towards understanding the working system of so called “Life”. So stop saying why bad things happen to me! They happen to make you realize. All about you living a life is learning. You are master of your mind.

All you need to think about is today. And by thinking it means thinking about what will i learn today and not running behind having great day. Emotions are fine. Let them out. It’s not possible that you will not face any obstacles. Things might hurt you. Learn from them and give it back as hard as the Newton’s third law. Can we just normalise that crying out is ok or having fear about something is fine though it’s a so called MAN or a woman. What is not okay is sticking to that sorrow for long time and instead of making it your weapon, making it your weakness.

People often judge feelings as “good” or “bad” by whether or not they are pleasant or unpleasant: Happiness is good, while anger is bad. Why so? Emotions, whether pleasant or unpleasant, are adaptive and useful, providing and teaching important lessons. In other words, even unpleasant emotions can be “good.” Just a pure perspective is needed for that to inherit.

When you get anxiety about something which you have already faced and had got hurt by it. Since you experienced that particular emotion, you had the motivation to take action and do something positive to improve your chances of not having or experiencing that particular feeling again. That’s what is learning.

So, from now cry when you feel like crying, do all your mood fixers stuffs like having a ice cream or listening to your favourite tracks. Accept every emotion and enjoy the process of experiencing and learning. And just like are keyboard is full of emojis make your life full of emotions!
