Meaning of life
Every person can be a good writer of his own book , everyone can write there autobiography .The only thing they need to do is to craft there life in such a way that they themselves are interested in reading there book.
God has blessed every person with ability to make their life happy in their own unique way.

But the sad reality is that we are the young generation with depressed mind. Now a days increasing population , competition in each and every field are the basic reason of depressed mindset, comparing yourself with every other person is basic reason of depression.
He is doing better than me, I’m not like him/her, this are some things because of which we lose our confidence very easily. The each and every thing which is happening against our will and we are not able to accept it so easily is causing some emotional difficulties and mental illness.
25 September is world psychotherapy day. Psychotherapy helps people to give them broad variety of mental illness and emotional difficulties it is actually a talk therapy. Psychotherapy can be a long term or for short term depending on issue. Some times people are holding lots of pain in their heart. They are not able to express it or they don’t want to. And this makes them feel mentally ill this make them introvert, and this is the point where they want to live alone just away from everything and in this situation psychotherapy can help them to achiev meaning in their life ,help them crafting there life in such a way that where they will feel happy.
When we are sad, obsessed with something we also need some kind of therapy, nearly every person need therapy according to their problem, whenever we face small problem our mood instantly get affected. Therapy can be different with different person. For some kind of person coffee is his best therapy, also chocolate, ice cream can be. Being a writer writing down thoughts make me feel good.
MIL is a salient topic for experience, it helps to person to change his behaviour and overcome problems in desired ways. It help them to change their point of view in such a positive way. psychotherapy is to improve persons well being and mental health. mental illness can cause many problems like insomnia, behavioral and physical health problem.it helps client to examine thoughts, feelings, and behaviour to discover hopes and goal in there life ,to motivate them, and to give them meaning to live, to motivate them to keep positive mindset .Mental illness is nothing to be fear of or in todays world it’s just kind of common thing there is nothing to be ashamed of. It is a process to cure a disease without any surgery ,without any injection or scissor.
It is a process of healing. It just need your dedication, it will require your will power, it will require your time, it will require your attention, it will require your positive attitude towards life, you will need to make healthy decision may be you have to face many problem but you will overcome.
Psychotherapist is the one who will help you to walk when your are not able to, is the one who helps to forget you your pain which pills can’t do, is the one who motivate you to live your life happily when you don’t want to.
